1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and FlameNova Digital LLC, operating as NovelLuma, regarding your use of our website, reading services, content, membership features, and related products.
2. Account Registration
Membership is linked to a secure purchase identity. You can purchase without first setting a password. Keep access to your purchase session or verify your purchase email to recover an eligible unclaimed purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use NovelLuma only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our services, interfere with platform operation, upload harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Memberships, Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
NovelLuma Membership is a paid, automatically renewing reading membership. The available access and benefits are shown before purchase. There is no free trial.
Standard weekly membership costs USD 19.99 for each 7-day billing period and renews automatically every 7 days until you cancel.
Annual membership costs USD 79.99, charged in full for one year at purchase. It renews automatically each year at USD 79.99 until you cancel. This is an annual payment, not a monthly installment plan.
When the discounted weekly offer is available to your account and you meet its eligibility requirements, membership costs USD 9.99 at purchase and renews automatically at USD 9.99 every 7 days until you cancel. This offer is not available to every account and does not apply to annual membership. Existing subscriptions retain their original pricing and renewal terms unless a change is separately agreed.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Any taxes charged and the total due will be shown before you authorize payment. Before completing a purchase, review the amount due, renewal amount, billing interval and cancellation information. Recurring charges require your affirmative authorization.
Open membership settings in your account to arrange cancellation before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops subsequent automatic renewals. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment, and a refund does not automatically stop future renewals. Otherwise-valid paid access continues until the period ends, subject to refund and dispute protections. Contact ming@flamenovadigital.com if you need assistance.
You may request a refund within 7 days after your first membership payment. Requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed to be approved. Duplicate charges and failure to receive the service you paid for receive priority review. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the request process and the effect of full or partial refunds on paid access. Nothing in these Terms or our refund policy excludes rights provided by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The NovelLuma brand, website design, software, platform features, and original materials are owned by us or used lawfully. Novels and related materials available through NovelLuma may be in the public domain, licensed to us, or otherwise used with permission. NovelLuma does not claim copyright ownership over works that have entered the public domain.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or providers.
7. Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of NovelLuma at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or causes harm to the platform or other users.
8. Disclaimer
NovelLuma is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelLuma and FlameNova Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NovelLuma after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
